Hi, I’m Natalie! I am passionate about using movement to help others to perform better, be stronger, live pain free and discover the best versions of themselves.
Growing up I loved my sport, I was a competitive swimmer, which meant hours spent following that black line up and down. However, serious shoulder injuries that began at age 7, severely hampered my career. I continued training and competing until I was 18, but it was always with great pain. It was during this time I realized my desire to help others overcome their own pain to help them on the path to accomplishing their goals.
Since completing my degree in 2012, I have worked with the Brisbane Lions and the Gold Coast Titans and in 2016 I determined my skills could help more than just professional athletes so I branched into private practice.
